  My wife and I had a terrible home buying experience in many ways by choosing Amy Carter & Keller & Williams Realtors and 20/29 inspection! Check out these facts before doing any business with either 3!
  We are very Unsatisfied with a number of issues especially alot we weren't told about!
  Sure would've been nice to have had someone researching and digging up all the important facts possible for us Amy!!!
  We haven't lived in the home we were sold but a year and a half and are facing issues like replacing the whole roof that is gonna cost 4,100 dollars and to make it even worse is 20/20 home inspection that Amy referred us to hire that cost us 300.00 told us that we had a few years before the roof would need to be replaced! That was a lie Neil (20/20)! None of the info on our roof, plumbing, and electrical was accurate! We've had licensed contractors come and fix the many plumbing & electrical issues recently that cost us more money! Our gutters are pulling away from the house, theirs a swamp in our backyard that was hidden by tall grass! Is it a spring or a septic issue? Humm! Oh who knows we never saw in writing when the tank was last PUMPED! Imagine that!!! The back deck isn't safe and wouldn't pass inspection, theirs a piece of pipe in the chimney flu is crimped, this was found after they sent a L cheap o chimney company to our house to clean it when it should have been discovered before we moved in!
  Our stove or chimney flu wasn't even cleaned when we moved in!
  Not to mention the chimney guy stopped and picked a dead deer off the road and had it in his van when he arrived 30 minutes late at our house to clean the chimney! Isn't that a illegal game violation?
  Not to mention that the roof had 2 leaks once we moved in! Shouldn't a home buyer have someone in their corner during a home buying experience?
  Not to mention our well has 2 pumps in it because 1 was dropped in it years ago! Been nice to know this was a issue that could be a serious issue down the road!
  We weren't told this before hand I personally was told by a previous owner that built our home! Thanks for the truth anonymous friend. It's amazing what truth comes out after you've signed and moved in!
  Not to mention cleaning up a Year and a half worth of trash, Truckload after truckload, to many things to mention to the landfill that was throwed in the bushes!
  We had to replace plumbing in the basement due to leaks the first week we moved in!
  Both outside faucets were bad and leaking!
  We had arching recepticles in our basement!
  Oh, but they had their inspecter say all was good! What a Crock Neil/ 20/20!!
  
  Thank you so much Amy Carter/ Keller& Williams & 20/20 for helping us tag on many unexpected financial burdens!!!
  We're very unsatisfied!
  We regret ever buying a home threw you and in the future a little research for a home buyer is part of your job! Yall might want to put that theory into action for everyones sake!
